DHA 460 mg

Allergens: Contains fish.
Recommended daily dose by age:
From 4-6 years: one dose of 1.25 ml per day (containing 184 mg EPA and 115 mg DHA)
7-12 years: Single dose 2.50 ml per day (containing 368 mg EPA and 230 mg DHA).
Older than 12 years and adults: one dose of 5 ml per day (containing 736 mg EPA and 460 mg DHA).
During pregnancy or breastfeeding:
It is recommended for the pregnant mother, or during breastfeeding, to use omega-3 in a daily dose of 300 mg of (EPA + DHA), equal to one dose of 1.5 ml per day of OMEGROW (omega 3 syrup 100 ml).
